Blighted Wolf
Medium beast, unaligned
Blighted wolves are the descendants of common wolves warped by generations of Void-contaminated prey. They are gaunt, angular creatures with patchy fur that hangs in matted clumps. Their eyes reflect no light. Their jaws are disproportionately large, lined with teeth that never stop growing and must be worn down on bone. They hunt in packs of 4-8, coordinating with an eerie, silent intelligence --- they do not howl, do not bark, and communicate through body language alone. The silence of a blighted wolf pack on the hunt is one of the most unnerving sounds a traveler will never hear.
