Grey Stalker Cat

Medium beast, unaligned

The grey stalker is a solitary predator found in ruins, forests, and the outskirts of settlements. Roughly the size of a large mastiff but built like a panther, it has ash-grey fur, oversized paws that make no sound, and vertical-slit pupils that see perfectly in the dim twilight. Grey stalkers are ambush predators that drop from above --- ledges, tree branches, collapsed rooftops --- onto their prey. They are prized by the wealthy as exotic pets, though "tame" grey stalkers have a tendency to revert to instinct when their owners forget to feed them.
