Traits
Memory Sense. The leech detects creatures with INT 6 or higher within 60 feet. It gravitates toward the highest INT or WIS score.
Ley Parasite. While within 10 feet of a ley line, the leech regains 2 HP at the start of its turn.
Translucent. The leech is difficult to see. Perception checks to spot it before it attacks have disadvantage.
Actions
Memory Drain. Melee: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) psychic damage, and the leech attaches to the target (grappled, escape DC 13). While attached, the target's INT score is reduced by 1d4 at the start of each of its turns. If INT reaches 0, the target falls unconscious. Destroying the leech within 1 minute of attachment restores the drained INT.
