You contact your deity or a divine proxy and ask up to three questions that can be answered with a yes or no. You must ask your questions before the spell ends. You receive a correct answer for each question, though divine beings are not omniscient; the answer might be "unclear" if the question pertains to something outside the deity's knowledge. In the Grey Age, *Commune* is the closest any mortal gets to speaking with the silent gods. The answers arrive not as voices but as feelings, symbols, or brief flashes of vision. Whether the gods truly respond or the spell merely resonates with residual divine energy along the ley lines is unknowable.
