Etherealness

You step into the border regions of the Ethereal Plane, in the area where it overlaps with your current plane. You remain in the Border Ethereal for the duration or until you use your action to dismiss the spell. You can see and hear the plane you originated from, but everything looks grey and insubstantial. You can only affect and be affected by other creatures on the Ethereal Plane. You can move in any direction, including through objects and creatures. In Aethara, the Ethereal Plane is closer to the material than in other worlds; the Sundering thinned the boundaries. Those who walk the Border Ethereal here report seeing the Void fractures clearly: jagged rents in the grey fabric of reality, bleeding absolute darkness.
