Polymorph

This spell transforms a creature you can see within range into a new beast form. An unwilling creature must make a Wisdom saving throw to avoid the effect. The target's game statistics (including mental ability scores) are replaced by the statistics of the chosen beast, but it retains its alignment and personality. The creature is limited to actions the new form can perform. It can't cast spells. When it reverts or drops to 0 HP in beast form, it returns to its original form with the HP it had before transforming.
