Revivify

You touch a creature that has died within the last minute. That creature returns to life with 1 hit point. This spell can't return to life a creature that died of old age, nor can it restore missing body parts. **The raised creature gains 1 point of Corruption.** The soul is dragged back through the fractures in Mordath's domain, through the Void-tainted space between life and death. It comes back, but it brings something with it. Some who have been revivified report a moment of absolute darkness and a sensation of something vast and formless pressing against them. Most do not speak of it at all.
